Description

Each sip brings together the sweetness of frozen mixed berries, the creamy texture of unsweetened almond milk, and the protein punch from your favorite protein powder. The addition of PBfit not only enhances the taste with a hint of peanut butter but also contributes to the smoothie's protein content, making it a wholesome and satisfying beverage.

Smoothie:
  • 1 cup frozen triple berries ((strawberries, blueberries, raspberries))
  • 1.5 scoop favorite flavored protein powder ((suggestions listed below))
  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons PBfit
  • 1-2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Diabetic-Friendly Low Carb Berry Smoothie

    Place ingredients into the blender in the following order: ice cubes, berries, protein powder, pbfit, and non-dairy milk. 

  2. Select "Frozen Treats" in Blender (if available.

  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  4. Add additional ice cubes and blend well for a thicker (more milkshake-like) consistency.
